Almost as though it never happened…

Well, after much effort and consternation, technology has defeated yours truly. For whatever reason, the entirety of my 2018 and 2019 season posts are now gone. Ok, save the season finale article for 680 FNF last season. Which had its own glitch and needed to be updated.

I have tried to repost, simply, from a Word document. I have no idea the reason for failing. Or rejection by the system when it comes to this information. Neither does the tech help.

And the content which can be reloaded would be confusing due to timeline and take far too much time to rebuild, reshuffle and recalibrate.

It is unfortunate, these two seasons were tremendous for me personally, my work and the teams I cover. We had a lot of great content of players, young and old, amateur and professional, shared. Now, much of this is lost.

In the end, it is easier to let the articles and stories go than to invest the time to rebuild the site and content.

Not a big fan of the first few months of 2020…

Chris Mooneyham is a twenty-year broadcast veteran employed or freelancing for multiple companies across America. Currently he is a co-host, play-by-play person and guest anchor for Atlanta’s sports leader, The Fan 680AM/ 93.7FM; and its sister stations on The Sports X. In the Fall, Chris serves as the Sideline Reporter for Kennesaw State University football. When Spring rolls around, the Atlanta native delivers the play-by-play for the Emory University baseball team, a two-time national finalist. All throughout the year, Mooneyham is a lead play-by-play person for the NFHS Network’s high school sports coverage and over the last decade was honored to call state championships in nearly every sport. A Kennesaw State graduate, Chris holds a Communication degree in Media Studies and a Minor degree in Film Studies. He is also a two-time graduate of broadcasting school (Connecticut School of Broadcasting-1998/ Atlanta Broadcast Institute-2008).
