  1. Marion County 7-1 (Defeated Greenville 47-8) It’ll be really interesting to see where Lorenzo Smothers plays his college ball; level wise.
  2. Clinch County 7-1 (Defeated Lanier County 67-28) Zebulon Johnson had the performance of the week: five scores via two rush, one receiving, an interception and blocked punt recovery.
  3. Turner County 7-1 (Defeated Atkinson County 35-0) The Rebels were number in the latest power rankings.
  4. Charlton County 6-1 (Defeated Telfair County 35-7)
  5. Lincoln County 8-0 (Defeated Georgia Military 42-7)
  6. Irwin County 5-2-1 (Defeated Wilcox Co 43-12)
  7. ECI 7-1 (Defeated Wheeler Co 69-13) These guys are becoming a sleeper for the state title.
  8. Mt Zion, Carroll 6-2 (Idle) The Eagles had a week off to prepare for Mt Paran and a chance at the division championship.
  9. Dooly County 5-3 (Defeated Taylor Co 20-14)
  10. Wilkinson County 5-3 (Lost to First Presbyterian 31-9)

Currently he is a co-host, play-by-play person and guest anchor for Atlanta’s sports leader, The Fan 680AM/ 93.7FM; and its sister stations on The Sports X. In the Fall, Chris serves as the Sideline Reporter for Kennesaw State University football. He also works as studio host, play-by-play announcer and content producer for The Fan’s coverage of Georgia High School football. Come the Wintertime, the focus shifts to the National Lacrosse League 2017 World Champions, the Georgia Swarm (play-by-play). When Spring rolls around, the Atlanta native delivers the play-by-play for the Emory University baseball team, a two-time national finalist. All throughout the year, Mooneyham is a lead play-by-play person for the NFHS Network’s high school sports coverage and over the last decade was honored to call state championships in nearly every sport. A Kennesaw State graduate, Chris holds a Communication degree in Media Studies and a Minor degree in Film Studies. He is also a two-time graduate of broadcasting school (Connecticut School of Broadcasting-1998/ Atlanta Broadcast Institute-2008).
