5A…A pretty big shakeup in the top ten from last week, as numbers 3, 4, 9, and two honorable mention teams lose.
- Northside, Warner Robins 4-0 (Defeated Jones County 36-22) Tobias Oliver does it again; he leads the defending champs to 17-unanswered points to win.
- Houston County 4-0 (Defeated Warner Robins 34-14) The key for the Bears in 2015 was going to be the run game. Versus WR, Chris Brinson goes for 157 yards.
- Stockbridge 4-0 (Defeated Rockdale Co 55-12) It is so hard to get a beat on the Tigers because of their light schedule.
- Lanier 4-0 (Defeated Cedar Shoals 35-0) Again this year, the Longhorns are rotating in three really good running backs.
- Mays 4-0 (Defeated SW DeKalb 42-6) Future Dawgs receiver Randrecous Davis catches four touchdown passes.
- Ware County 4-0 (Defeated Richmond Hill 51-24) What a game for Sophomore RB Jordon Turner; he goes for 146 yards and two touchdowns on just five carries.
- Jones County 3-1 (Lost to Northside WR 36-22) The Hounds could’ve won this game. They sat on a 22-19 after a returned kickoff for a touchdown.
- Coffee 3-1 (Defeated Glynn Academy 22-0) This win just locked up a number two seed for the Trojans and forced Glynn on the road for the state tournament.
- Allatoona 4-1 (Defeated South Paulding 25-18) 2000-yard man Russell Halimon is heating up. Against South Paulding, in a game that may have decided the region champion, he goes for 253 yards and a score on 34 carries.
- Stephenson 3-1 (Defeated Creekside 49-12) Jaylon Marson-Knight is having a great year. Versus Creekside he totes the rock for 19 carries, 174 yards and five touchdowns.
