1. Calhoun 15-0 The coronation of a dynasty. This title takes the legacy of the programs to an entirely new, historic level.
2. Washington County 14-1 It’s tough to articulate how they lost that title game. We will miss AJ Gray, perhaps the best all-around player in the state.
3. BT 13-1 The Titans. Now a legitimate title program.
4. Jefferson 12-1 They were a state title contender.
5. Westminster 12-2 THE top Cinderella story of 3A 2014 football. I WAS WRONG!!
6. Peach County 10-1 State championship caliber team that fell WAY too early.
7. Hart County 11-2 Another one of my bandwagon teams I trumpeted since Week 1.
8. Central, Carroll 11-1 SUPREMLY disappointing finish for one of the best scoring defenses in 3A.
9. Westside, Macon 9-2 Their offense never kept up with their state leading defense.
10. Adairsville 10-2 Such a good story.
11. Cook 9-3 They shouldn’t have, but did, surprise so many.
12. Pierce County 10-3 Blackshear was treated to offensive explosion all year.
13. Cedar Grove 9-3 I trumpeted the Saints all year. Thanks for making look smart gentlemen.
14. Elbert County 9-4 Easy to say this, I know, but these guys are really an underrated program.
15. West Hall 9-2 Ditto.
