1A Private…In an effort to raise power ratings, Public and Private continue to face each other over the next month  

1. Aquinas 6-0 (Defeated Hancock Central 31-6)
2. Mt Paran 5-0 (Idle)
3. Savannah Christian 5-0 (Idle) This week: Savannah Christian vs Calvary Day. And Demetris Robertson, perhaps the #1 “athlete” for 2016…
4. Calvary Day 5-0 (Defeated Jenkins Co 41-12)…is still stuck in transfer purgatory. He is trying to move from Savannah Country Day to Savannah Christian.
5. Landmark Christian 5-1 (Defeated Rockmart 55-39) Big Lofton Tidwell rushes for 395 yards and three touchdowns.
6. Mt Pisgah 4-1 (Defeated St Francis 39-20) Nice win over an undefeated, dangerous young program trying to prove itself.
7. Tattnall Square 5-0 (Defeated Wilkinson Co 27-16) Are they overrated? Not sure. This week we get an answer as they face Stratford Academy.
8. Prince Avenue 4-2 (Defeated Commerce 48-27) An impressive win over a 1A Public playoff team.
9. George Walton 3-2 (Defeated Towns Co 48-28)
10. Pacelli 4-2 (Lost to Marion Co 21-18) Losing to #1 team in 1A Public is the continuation of a brutal five game stretch.

HM: Brookstone 3-2 (Defeated Taylor Co 31-21), Stratford 3-2 (Defeated First Pres 28-21), Pinecrest 4-1 (Defeated Whitefield 28-7), Athens Christian 3-3 (Defeated Providence 54-7), First Presbyterian 3-2 (Lost to Stratford 28-21), St Francis 4-1 (Lost to Mt Pisgah 39-20)

Chris Mooneyham is a twenty-year broadcast veteran employed or freelancing for multiple companies across America. Currently he is a co-host, play-by-play person and guest anchor for Atlanta’s sports leader, The Fan 680AM/ 93.7FM; and its sister stations on The Sports X. In the Fall, Chris serves as the Sideline Reporter for Kennesaw State University football. He also works as studio host, play-by-play announcer and content producer for The Fan’s coverage of Georgia High School football. Come the Wintertime, the focus shifts to the National Lacrosse League 2017 World Champions, the Georgia Swarm (play-by-play). When Spring rolls around, the Atlanta native delivers the play-by-play for the Emory University baseball team, a two-time national finalist. All throughout the year, Mooneyham is a lead play-by-play person for the NFHS Network’s high school sports coverage and over the last decade was honored to call state championships in nearly every sport. A Kennesaw State graduate, Chris holds a Communication degree in Media Studies and a Minor degree in Film Studies. He is also a two-time graduate of broadcasting school (Connecticut School of Broadcasting-1998/ Atlanta Broadcast Institute-2008).
